Service was perfect - all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile with information and advice. Breakfast was perfectly fine. The hotel was really clean and location was slightly out of the main city centre which is what we prefer. Lovely walk back each day from city centre or the castle.

Great hotel, very cleam rooms! Staff was more than frendly, they helped us with everything we needed and also gave us usefull info about the place. Its a 20min walk to the center, but it is very pleasent! They have a charger for evs and that was a bonus for us! Highly recommeded!

The lobby, etc., was older but very well kept-up. The rooms were clean and updated. Location was a 15 minute walk to the city center. They held our luggage for about 4 hours while we explored the city for the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
